Shipping Policy

YourSuperStore ships to addresses within Wonderland. We process orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Details will be provided during checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders over $50.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized items, sale items, and items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at holanight@holanight.com to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at: YourSuperStore 123 Plushie Lane Cuddleton, CT 00000 Wonderland
4. Include the RA# with your return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at holanight@holanight.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at holanight@holanight.com with photos of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
